Check In/ Check Out

Early/Late check ins can be arranged with notice.

Guests must check out by 11am on the day of departure.

Deposit

A deposit equivilent to 1 nights stay will be taken on booking. This is refundable if cancelled within 72 hrs of check in (see below). The balance will be taken on day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 72 hrs before 3pm on day of arrival. The 72 hour notice period starts at 3pm, 3 days before you are due to check in. Cancellations must be made in writing via email and must receive a reply back from onesixtwo to confirm that the cancellation has been processed.

Reservations not cancelled within this 72 hour timeframe will be subject to the full accommodation charge.

In the event of a ‘No Show’ on your part, you will become liable for the total cost of your initial booking.

Block Bookings Cancellation Policy

50% deposit is required to make a block booking. We require 6 weeks notice for cancellation on block bookings otherwise the 50% deposit cannot be returned.
