Check in/Check Out
For check ins after 5pm guests must call on day of arrival to obtain front door code and room number.
Guests must check out by 11am on the day of departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 72 hrs before 3pm on day of arrival. The 72 hour notice period starts at 3pm, 3 days before you are due to check in. Cancellations must be made in writing via email and must receive a reply back from onesixtwo to confirm that the cancellation has been processed.
Reservations not cancelled within this 72 hour timeframe will be subject to the full accommodation charge.
In the event of a ‘No Show’ on your part, you will become liable for the total cost of your initial booking.
Block Bookings Cancellation Policy
We require 6 weeks notice for cancellation on block bookings otherwsie the deposit cannot be returned.
